- Inclusion: This scale describes different elements of the person’s readiness to engage others by being outgoing, affiliative, or at ease in formal social situations.
- Dominance: This scale describes different ways a person can exert influence over others by being persuasive, controlling, confronting, expressive or independent in the face of group pressure.
- EQ
- Affection: This scale describes readiness of a person to relate to anothers by analyzing behaviors and feelings, being consultative, caringly supportive and socially astute.
- Resilience: This scale describes the different efforts a person might make toward constructive coping with stressfull situations through being relaxed, worried, tough minded, optimistic, trusting and emotionally controlled.

- Analitical Thinking: This scale assesses components of analytic activities in which a person readily invests their analytic energies as they work with data and evaluate information.
- Creativity and Change: This scale assesses components of a person’s readiness to employ different approaches and initiate activities that increase the likelihood of new or more diverse experience by being liberal, conceptual, innovative, variety seeking.
